Fundraiser campaign for the Finnish National Gallery
The brief was to design a marketing campaign for a public fundraiser event for FNG. Based on Douglas Holt’s theory of cultural branding, the marketing concept demonstrates an innovative cultural expression. It does so by portraying the Finnish heritage of Kalevala paintings in a contemporary way. By tapping into our national cultural heritage, the advertisement image showcases how these artworks create value for individuals in a modern context. Therefore, the campaign broadens the consumer segment for art appreciators and possible donors.
